Each day in October brings with it the promise that Banksy will leave his mark on some new part of New York. Today is Day 17 in his Better Out Than In street art installment series and finds Banksy turning Japanese in the Bed Stuy borough of the city. Today’s piece features more mixed media, combining his stencil art with with covered-up brick opening in a wall that serves as its backdrop. Banksy stenciled two geishas and a bonzai tree adding some Asian flavor to the wall. Check it out below and over at BanksyNY. In related news, Banksy has made the cover of the New York Post.
