This game has full split screen in all the single player missions/story and online. There's never been more of a justification to cozy up and pass the time with some couch co-op games. Randomly gen has no option to customize how it is generated (like in minecraft for example) and could make it quite problematic if you want to have a good map, as there is no way to know how good or bad the map will be. Depending on which traits you earn in your playthrough, different quests and character interactions become available. The choices you make at the very end of the game do depend on which options you went with across the game, but it's still not enough. @R1spam I only played it online, and I thought it was brilliant.
