I don't feel like it's wasteful because it's all "bad" food.

It's best to just avoid junk food altogether, though. I only c/s junk food, and I try to get cheep junk food. It's a really bad habit please stop! A habit like this may not sound serious, but chewing and spitting out food can be the start of unhealthy attitudes toward food and may be part of a more serious eating disorder such as anorexia or bulimia.
I don’t do this every day or anything... but it feels a bit empowering when I do it to be sly.

This activity consists of chewing food, usually food that is highly enjoyable and energy-dense, and spitting it out before swallowing. I am very anal about not swallowing ANY of it, though I obviously absorb some of the calories, not all, but enough. MPA is a site dedicated to the support or recovery of those suffering from eating disorders or body dysmorphic disorders. I justify it by thinking that it's better then purging. The taste, the smell, physically filling your stomach, and your blood sugar going up as you digest food. You are possessed.

It would be better to eat three whole chocolates and put away the rest. The intent of the behavior is to enjoy foods taste while preventing the ingestion of calories.
C/S isn't something I do often, but whenever I do, I mainly C/S junk food because I don't need anything devoid of macros in my digestive system. LW: 26kg Lowest BMI: 9.8 HW: 44kg Highest BMI 16.6. Worse than trying to stop smoking. I just feel so wasteful as a poor person and I basically feel like I have binged...same mindset...regardless of how carefully I am not to swallow.
A very bad habit of mine also. If you ever want to chat about it message me! My advice would be to only C/S when you're really craving something and only have a small volume of that thing so you get the taste and don't develop pain in your mouth... you would still be satisfying your craving that way. From my perspective, doing C/S to any food makes the experience unlikable, so I'm discouraged from having that food in any way. I feel horrible for admitting that made me feel any bit better about it.
