I recommend this car to anyone who enjoys a small car that is a bit low. With a compact, economy-focused engine driving the front wheels through a CVT, there isn’t much point pushing it hard. 4 out of 4 people found this review helpful. from Hobbs, NM Automotive enthusiasts will find a lot of sex-appeal from the new Lexus IS250 with the F Sport package but walk way slightly disappointed with its lack of power and at the same time well-pleased with its nimble handling. The driver and passenger perch in heated and F Sport seats trimmed in waxy-feeling faux leather, and the chubby steering wheel is lovely to hold. The 2020 IS300 earned ratings as high as 30 mpg highway and as low as 18 mpg city depending on drivetrain, while the V-6 IS350 was rated as high as 28 mpg highway and as low as 19 mpg city. This week, we drive the 2015 Lexus IS Sedan, a powerful sport sedan that competes with the best sport sedans in the business, ala BMW, Audi, Infiniti, Mercedes-Benz, Cadillac and Lincoln. As with all F Sport models, this one is all about looks (with a dash of suspension tuning thrown in for good measure). The ES300h slots into an interesting part of the car market.
