Although the plot is somewhat predictable (bad decisions lead to bad outcomes), it's still a well-made movie. Academy Award winner Nicolas Cage thrills in this action-packed, true story of a gunrunner who supplied dictators and outran the law for nearly twenty years. Through frequently quite imaginative editing and narrative, the story never gets dull. I watched it because it stars Cage. Back.
