It's a pity that Budweiser stole the Rainier Frog idea, it was such a Northwest original and as a kid I loved it. Rainier cancelled the commercial. We enjoyed these ads when they were on and looked forward to the next one. In September 1987 Rainier was purchased by a new owner, Bond Brewing of Australia.
