So the motor went out all the time and did so they decide to put another motor in it and it's been do this three or four times I don't know how many times with the motor and it's been the timing because they're sending me to places like precision Auto Care in national tire and battery and they are not people to be changing motors and stuff like that the main parts of the car for innocence precision Auto Care fix that or didn't had it fixed for a minute and then they told me my air condition wasn't covered when in fact it was because after the 34th time that my motor or the time it was off actually that all it was but they continue to put in rebuilt motor in so I took it to Randy M***** in Mooresville on highway 150 they told me it was a timing kit and that the air conditioning was covered but silverrock what allowed Randy M***** to get a motor and fix my car and the air conditioning because guess what they charge too much which of course I got tired of taking it to the oil changing places and so I took it to Randy M***** and they said that the air conditioning was covered by the warranty and that when they put the motor in they crack the motor the motor mount also it was shake after the last time I took it there so I haven't drove my car since December 24th Christmas Eve and somebody needs to do something about this warranty company thank you. I purchased a vehicle from Carvana 9 months ago and purchased an extended warranty through Silver Rock. This business offers ancillary products for vehicles including vehicle service contracts, GAP waivers, and vehicle theft protection/GPS tracking. When I contacted them they requested receipts from my oil changes I have been having issues with my vehicle's camera not working properlyThe backup camera as well as the park aid assist has been going in and out, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn'tAdditionally, my transfer case is bad resulting in a need for a new oneI had my vehicle towed to my local dealership for diagnostic on Monday 3/5/18, they contacted SilverRock for approval on 3/6/and SilverRock required that an inspector come review the car before repairs could be approvedThe inspector did not come until Thursday 3/8/at which point they advise Ford the claim had to be submitted for manager review and they would be contacted the following dayNo contact was made and myself as well as Ford has contacted SilverRock several times about thisI finally got an approval today 3/14/to have the transfer case replaced; however, I now have to wait for SilverRock to send Ford a part which will not arrive until Monday or Tuesday of next week! BBB encourages you to check with the appropriate agency to be certain any requirements are currently being met. We were then informed that they were just missing our last oil change so we sent documentation of proof of the last oil change.
