Beyond the thinness of this dip is a sorta cheese, kinda mild to medium heat, with the occasional chunk of veggie be it tomato or perhaps onion or pepper.

It’s pleasantly spicy without overtaking the other flavors, and it doesn’t have the problem of being overly salty that an awful lot of cheese dips have. OMG that chicken piccata was terrible! In any case it seems the use of heat is there to cover up the lack of thickness to this dip. For $2.49 this is priced right. Having lived in southern CA for a number of years in the past this does not even come close to a true queso dip.
